Meet the Heart Behind Harmony Hill

𝐁𝐒𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐚 𝐒𝐭𝐨𝐨𝐩: Registered Nurse | Nurse Practitioner

Bianca is a dedicated healthcare professional with years of experience in hospital and primary care settings. With a background in Midwifery, Dementia, Geriatrics, and Primary Health Care, she brings both compassion and clinical expertise to Harmony Hill. She currently runs her own private practice and leads a team of professional nurses providing elderly and home-based care services.

π‹πžπ¨π§π’πž 𝐁𝐫𝐨𝐰𝐧𝐞: Primary Health Care & Psychiatric Nurse

Leonie is a warm and highly experienced Psychiatric Nurse who will be based at Harmony Hill full-time. Her focus on holistic, preventative care makes her a trusted companion to residents and their families alike. She also has a strong background in Dementia, Geriatrics, and Primary Health Care.

Medication Management

We assist residents in taking their prescribed medications on time. Pre-packed medication (from a pharmacy) is required to ensure accuracy and safety.

24/7 Staff Availability

Caregivers are available on-site at all times for assistance. Dedicated Ambulance service on call if an emergency arises.

Meal Preparation & Dining

Enjoy nutritious daily meals served in our dining area. Meals are prepared in our on-site industrial kitchen with care and variety.

Personal Care Assistance

Help with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming. Residents will book these services via a user-friendly system. Assistance will be provided to those who need help with bookings.

Social & Recreational Activities (Coming Soon)

Group events and hobbies to encourage connection and well-being. Some activities may be offered at an additional cost.

Housekeeping & Laundry

All residents enjoy the convenience of weekly room cleaning and personal laundry services, ensuring a tidy living space and fresh linens without the hassle.

At Harmony Hill, enhancing daily life goes beyond providing comfortable living units β€” it’s about creating a peaceful, supportive environment where residents feel truly at home. Professional hairdresser and nail technician available weekly on-site at own cost.

Weekly Get-Togethers

Residents are encouraged to form recreational groups and meet in the hall weekly for social connection and autonomy.

Religious & Spiritual Services

Chaplain visits, prayer groups, and space for religious observances and spiritual growth.
